It also cools down the combustion chamber to maintain the safety of the engine. 4) Turbine Section: It is one of the most significant parts of the gas turbine. Once the air makes its way through the combustor, it flows through the turbine section. This high-intensity gas flows over the turbine blades. They extract the energy from the air and convert into mechanical energy. 5) Nozzle: The last step of this process is the nozzle section, as it essentially exhausts the duck of the engine. It also mixes some of the bypass air flowing around the turbine to make it safe from internal damage.
